40 Years ago, the Yiannoulis family, started up from the traditional Olive Oil mill, and today, with the modern day equipment and using cold pressing, we produce unique extra virgin olive oil, without any additives or further processing, in Marmara Aigeiras, Greece.The Olive Oil
By cultivating the sacred, according to tradition, Olive tree, we use the landscape as a canvas, around the ancient theater located on the hills of the historic Aigeira, with a view of the Corinthian Bay and the ruins of ancient Delphi. We take pride in making our land beatiful.
By doing so, we also produce the most noble product man ever created in accordance and cooperation with nature, the Olive Oil.
